喷气织机的技术进步

摘    要:由于电子计算机技术,传感技术,变频调速技术,气流喷射技术与织机机械的完美结合加快了喷气织机的发展,出现了速度高、效率高,产品质量高和自动化监控水平高的高技术水平的现代喷气织机,更由于电子多色,多品种选纬,电子提花,电子多臂等高新技术的应用,使喷气织机的品种适应性大大提高,详细介绍了喷气织机在速度,控制系统,品种适应性等方面的技术进步,提出我国目前应采取的主要对策。

Abstract:Owning to the perfect combination of electronic computer technique, sensing technique, frequency control technique, air current jet technique and looms mechanism, the development of air jet looms is accelerated. Modern air jet looms with high speed, high efficient, high level of products quality and automatic monitor & control systemakp are appeared. Due to the application of electronic multi colors, multi varieties selecting weft, electronic jacquard weave and electronic dobby, air-jet loom's variety adaptability are heighten greatly. Technical advance of air jet loom including speed, control system, variety adaptability etc. are introduced in detail, and the countermeasures that should be takenin domestic Looms are put forward.
