摘    要:芋头,无公害的绿色食品,已作为现代消费者的安全、卫生、营养、保健的食品.绿色食品的出现,正是行之有效地适应了这种崭新的饮食文化和现代消费的观念.绿色象征着生命、健康和活力,也象征着农业和环境保护科学.绿色食品是无污染的安全、优质、营养类食品.而且要求从产品到产地或产品原料的产地都要保证标准.

Abstract:The taro, an environment - friendly food, has already been a secure, sanitary, nutritional and health - care food of modem consumers. Appearance of the pollution - free food has exactly met such brand - new concept of diet culture and modem consumption. The green symbolizes the life, health and vigor, as well as agriculture and environmental protection science.The pollution- free food is secure, high - quality and nutritional, and guarantees are required from products or raw materials to producing area.
