| 摘 要： | 介绍了长沙某7层砖混结构住宅楼产生沉降事故及构件开裂的情况,分析了不均匀沉降的原因,并运用花管注浆法对该住宅地基进行处理,同时对墙体等构件进行相应的加固,取得了良好的效果,为分析和处理类似事故提供了经验和指导。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the settlement accident of a seven-story masonry-concrete residential building and the situation of structural member cracking in Changsha,analyzes the reasons for differential settlement.It maintenances the residential foundation by using flower tube grouting method, meanwhile,carries out corresponding reinforcement for the wall and other structural components,and achieves good result.Thus,it has provided experience and guidance for analyzing and dealing with similar accident. |
