| 摘 要： | 山西省技术市场虽已进入全面开拓发展的新阶段,但还存在多种技术需从省外吸纳,技术市场有效供给不足,技术合同成交结构不合理等问题.就此提出了健全技术市场服务体系,建立全省技术市场网络平台,实现技术市场与资本市场等其它要素的互动发展等对策建议.

| Abstract: | Shanxi Province technological market has been entered into a completely developing new stage,but some problems are existed in many of technologies needing introduction from out side of Shanxi province,insufficient supply of effective technological mark and unreasonable technological structure of striking a bargain, for which puts forward perfecting technological market service system,building up technolgical market network terrace in our province and realizing interactive development counterplot and suggestions between technological market,capitial market and other factors. |
