| 摘 要： | 描述了信息化管理体制在当前医疗卫生服务中的现况以及所存在的问题；阐明了医疗机构信息化管理在目前医疗活动中发挥的作用；分析了当前虹口区医疗机构信息化体制建设方面存在的问题并提出了解决方法及进一步优化医疗机构信息化管理体制的建议。

| Abstract: | We describe the current situation and existing problems of information management system in medical and health services, expound the role played by information management of medical institutions in current medical activities, analyze the existing problems of the information system construction in Hongkou District medical institutions at present, and put forward the corresponding solutions as well as proposals to further optimize the information management system of medical institutions. |
