新型全通径压控测试阀

为改变目前LPR压控测试阀在开、关井过程中需要保压的局限性 ,研发了一种适应我国油田特点的新型全通径压控测试阀。该阀采用环空外压操作测试阀的开关 ,不需要保压 ,而且采用简单的机械压力平衡机构代替了专用计量套。经地面试验证明 ,该工具操作简便、性能可靠 ,适用于套管井全通径压控地层测试作业

New Model Pressure Controlled Full Bore Testing Valve

To change the limit of LPR test valve which need annulus pressure to keep static in opening period,a new model pressure controlled full bore testing valve which is applied for our oilfields' features is developed.Without keeping annulus pre ssure to static and instead of special metering by simple mechanical pressure ba lance structure,this valve is conducted by annulus pressure.By actual test,it is proved that this tool is simple to operate,performance is reliable and applied for well test operation with pressure controlled full bore tools in cased well. abstract
