Bragg光栅传感器在复合材料加工与检测中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了Bragg光栅传感器的结构和工作原理。将Bragg光栅传感器埋入增强体内,通过VARTM成型制作了复合材料。利用SM130光纤光栅解调器,通过收集光的波长的变化来对复合材料的加工工艺进行了在线监测;对埋入光纤光栅传感器的复合材料进行了拉伸试验,通过波长的变化来计算材料在拉伸过程中的受力变化,并与常规的拉伸试验进行了对比,两者所测得的力是基本一样的,所以证明了通过光纤光栅传感器可以进行复合材料的健康监测,并且可疑对大型复合材料的加工、使用实施在线监控。
