模糊PID控制在DMF回收控制系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了DMF回收系统的工艺流程。在分析了模糊控制和PID控制的特点后,将两种控制方法融合并形成模糊PID控制。将模糊控制与西门子PLC的PID功能模块FM355相结合,采用STEP7编写模糊控制器软件;模糊规则采用Mamdani算法,通过离线计算得出模糊查询表,控制系统在线查询的控制策略,并将其应用于DMF回收控制系统中。生产实践证明,模糊PID控制的性能良好。

Abstract:This paper presents the process flow of the DMF reclaim system.Fuzzy control and PID control are combined after analysing the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.This paper combines the Fuzzy control and the PID module FM355 of Siemens PLC and obtains the software realization of fuzzy controller based on STEP7 and the fuzzy rules follow Mamdani algorithm,working out the fuzzy reference list though offline calculator and the online reference are adopted in the paper,and also are applied in the DM...
