基于LabVIEW的汽车仪表步进电机测试系统

汽车仪表指针大多采用步进电机驱动。为了确保生产的电机质量,需要一套性能良好的测试设备。为此,设计了一套步进电机测试系统。针对汽车仪表步进电机测试的要求,引入了基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器技术。在LabVIEW平台下开发的系统具有开发周期短、功能灵活、维护费用低等优势。本系统实现了对步进电机多种模式的控制,能够实时采集、存储电机绕组的电压和电流信号,并对数据分析处理以判断电机运转状态。实验结果表明该系统性能良好,可以用于步进电机测试。

Testing system for stepper motor on auto meter based on LabVIEW

Auto Meter pointers are mostly driven by the stepper motor.A functional suit of testing equipment is needed to ensure the quality of motor production.To this end,this paper designs a suit of stepper motor testing system.To meet the testing requirements of stepper motor,LabVIEW-based virtual instrument technology is introduced.Systems developed in the LabVIEW platform have a bunch of advantages,such as short development cycle,flexible functions,low maintenance cost.Controlling the stepper motor in multi mode is implemented.This system could also process real-time data acquisition and data storage for analyzing the state of the stepper motor.Experimental results show that this system has good performance and could be applied to stepper motor testing.
