基于LabVIEW的汽车仪表步进电机测试系统

摘    要:汽车仪表指针大多采用步进电机驱动。为了确保生产的电机质量,需要一套性能良好的测试设备。为此,设计了一套步进电机测试系统。针对汽车仪表步进电机测试的要求,引入了基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器技术。在LabVIEW平台下开发的系统具有开发周期短、功能灵活、维护费用低等优势。本系统实现了对步进电机多种模式的控制,能够实时采集、存储电机绕组的电压和电流信号,并对数据分析处理以判断电机运转状态。实验结果表明该系统性能良好,可以用于步进电机测试。

Abstract:Auto Meter pointers are mostly driven by the stepper motor.A functional suit of testing equipment is needed to ensure the quality of motor production.To this end,this paper designs a suit of stepper motor testing system.To meet the testing requirements of stepper motor,LabVIEW-based virtual instrument technology is introduced.Systems developed in the LabVIEW platform have a bunch of advantages,such as short development cycle,flexible functions,low maintenance cost.Controlling the stepper motor in multi mode is implemented.This system could also process real-time data acquisition and data storage for analyzing the state of the stepper motor.Experimental results show that this system has good performance and could be applied to stepper motor testing.
