摘    要:针对温度测量系统的现场总线需求,设计并实现了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的智能多通道温度测量模块。介绍了PROFIBUS-DP总线的通信机制和智能温度测量模块的测量原理。采用ADS1216芯片完成了温度的测量,利用DP协议芯片SPC3实现了DP总线硬件接口电路的设计,给出了嵌入式软件的设计流程和DP子站GSD文件的编码,并利用OPC接口完成了智能温度测量模块的实时测试。测试结果证明系统的智能性、可靠性。

Abstract:Aim to the filed bus requirement of temperature measurement system.A smart temperature measurement module is designed and implemented based on PROFIBUS-DP protocol.The communication mechanism of PROFIBUS-DP and The principle of the intelligent module are introduced.ADS1216 converter is adopted to collect temperature.The Profibus-DP interface is realized by using SPC3 based on DP protocol.The diagram of the embed software and the code of the GSD file are given.A real-time test via OPC interface is completed to verify the intelligence and reliability of the proposed module.
