尼龙—12增韧改性聚甲醛的研究

摘    要:采用尼龙12,用机械共混的方法对聚甲醛进行增韧改性,并对共混物的形态,结构与力学性能进行测试与分析。研究发现,在POM/PA12共混体系中,存在差氢键的相互作用。PA12的加入,使得POM的熔体温度Tm下降,且共混体系的结晶度Xc和拉伸强度下降,PA12的含量为5%时,共混物的缺口冲击强度达到最大值。

Abstract:In this paper toughening of POM by Polyamide 12 was studied by means of mechanical blending, and the morphology .structure and mechanicial properties of the blend were measured and analyzed. The results proclaimed that there existed Hydrogen bonds ;n POM/PA12 blend. The adding of PA12 casued . the decrease of ,crystallinity,and the tensile strength. If the content of PA1.2 was 5 precent.the notched impact strength of the blend approached its maximum.
