高锰钢晶界析出物的研究

摘    要:本文对高锰钢的铸件及热处理后的金相组织进行了金相、X 光、电子探针及扫描电镜的分析。实验观察到,在钢中磷含量偏高或热处理过热时,沿晶界有磷化物、碳化物和奥氏体的三元共晶体沿原始奥氏体晶界析出,导致冲击韧性的明显下降及出现典型的沿晶脆性断口。

Abstract:The investigation on manganese steel casting Parts and aft- er heat treatment was made with metallography,X-ray,EPMA and SEM te- chniques.The analysis shows that the trinary eutectic of phosphoric compo- unds,carbides and austenite precipitates along grainboundaries of primary aust- enites in case of high content of phosphorus or overheating and it can result in an obvious decrease of the impact toughness and typical brittle fracture along grainboundaries.
