摘    要:为了模仿鸟类的飞行,利用杆索柔性机构的杆变形特性和柔性索为驱动,采用结构优化方法设计三维展向变形机翼,使其在各种飞行状态下都能保持最优气动性能。本文参考美国国家宇航局(NASA)的超椭圆形变弯度机翼(HECS)模型,进行了柔性机翼的建模,应用空间刚架元和索单元划分网格,采用遗传算法进行其结构优化。在优化过程中考虑了结构的刚性要求,引入了刚度约束条件,并通过实例进行了方法验证分析。优化结果表明:杆索空间结构的变形机翼既能满足展向最大变形要求,又能满足机翼承受外载荷所需的结构刚性要求。此外,通过Matlab和Ansys的结合使本优化求解程序更通用化。

Abstract:In order to simulate the bird flying,we design a three-dimensioal morphing aircraft wing.The cable element is used as the actuator in this method,and the deflection mainly depends on the deformation of the struts.Our model referenced on the morphed configuration of NASA(National Aeronautics and Space Administration) Hyper Elliptic Camber Section(HECS) Wing,using strut and cable element to discrete the model.Genetic algorithm is used in the process of optimization.We considered the rigidity of the structure,and combined Matlab and Ansys which make the programme more universal.The result not only meet the requirement of the max deformation but also can endure the airload.
