石蜡加氢精制催化剂现状及展望

摘    要:1998年我国石蜡总产量及出口量均居世界榜首。采用先进的加氢精制法生产的石蜡占85%左右,其中的关键技术是催化剂。我国的石蜡加氢精制催化剂已全部实现了国产化,新开发的FV型催化剂具有更优异的性能,首次在国内实现了中压、低温、高空速和低氢蜡比条件下的石蜡加氢精制过程,经济效益、社会效益及创汇均创佳绩。

Abstract:The total paraffin output and export volume of China in 1998 were the biggest in the world. The output of paraffin products turned out by using the advanced hydrofining process made up 85% of the total, and the key technology is the catalysts. The catalysts used in the process have all been made domestically. The novel FV catalyst has excellent performance and has been firstly used in a commercial hydrofining unit under operating conditions of middle pressure, low temperature, high space velocity and low ratio of H2 to wax feedstock, which achieved great economic and social benefits.
