摘    要:3-氯-2-羟丙基-三甲基氯化铵作为变性淀粉的改性剂及阳离子表面活性剂,主要用于造纸及油田钻井助剂。其合成方法主要有三种,其中以环氧氯丙烷、盐酸为原料的水法合成及汽提工艺,解决了产品颜色黄、有机杂质含量高的难题。今后的研究方向是合成高浓度的产品,并将生产工艺连续化。

Abstract:The 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as etherifecation agent of modified starch and cation surface activity agent is mainly used in papermaking and oil drilling agent. There are three ways in synthesizing the product, among them the processes of synthesis and stripping by epichlorohydrin and hydrochloric acid have solved the problem that there were high organic imparities and deep colour in the product. Synthesis of the high concentration product will be the research trend in the future. The continuous process of the product will also be prospected.
