我国纺织印染助剂的现状及研究发展方向（一）

纺织印染助剂工艺简单、投资小、生产周期短、技术含量高,其利润历来较高。目前,我国的纺织印染助剂生产厂主要分布在沿海经济发达地区,其中以华东地区最多;印染助剂在数量和品种上呈现出供大于求的趋势,只有少量品种仍需进口。今后应向着高功能性、多功能性、环保型方向发展,同时超前开发适应新型纤维发展的配套助剂及用来补充传统印染助剂的高新技术产品。为适应这种发展趋势,文中指出了今后的研究方向及课题。

Status Quo and Development Direction of Textile Printing and Dyeing Assistants in China

The textile printing and dyeing assistants have had high profits because process is simple, investment is small , production cycle is short and technical content is high. Nowadays China' s producers of textile printing and dyeing assistants locate in the coastal economically developed areas, especially in East China. The quantity and variety are over supplied and only a small number of varieties rely on imports. In the future the development direction is high functional, multifunctional and environmentally friendly products. At the same time integrated assistants which adapt to the new fibers should be developed to supplement high and new technology products to the traditional printing and dyeing assistants.
