稀土永磁同步电动机的双结构控制研究

摘    要:对于转速精度高、调速范围宽,且要求平滑无级调速的稀土永磁同步电动机,为兼顾稳态和动态性能,使位置换向和时间换向相的优点都得以发挥,提出两种控制方式相结合的双结构控制方案,采用逆变器直流侧电压和控制端电压分别控制的策略,研究两种控制方式下的切换条件、控制过程和实现方法。系统以TMS320F240 DSP芯片为核心,提出软件伺服策略,在线计算实现两种控制结构的平滑切换及电机调速控制,克服失步现象,满足精度要求。

Abstract:For realizing high precision, wide speed range and stepless speed adjustment, we design a double structure control system of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor. DC voltage supply of converter is independent of the control signals of power switches, position-commutate mode and time-commutate mode are combined in this system. The characteristics of two modes and how to switch between them is discussed. The keys and the difficulties of the control system are studied. The hardware and software of the system have been designed and debugged on the CPU of special motor controller (TMS320F240). We can learn by experiment that the error of steady speed is less than 1 r/min, the speed range is 50 - 9000 r/min and stepping out is overcome in this system.
