地震作用下起重机对高桩码头的动力响应影响

摘    要:目前,针对高桩码头响应的研究大多数未考虑上部起重机结构,或将起重机结构简化为集中质量,针对起重机-码头结构相互作用缺乏精细化模拟。基于开源有限元数值计算平台OpenSees,建立起重机-码头三维有限元模型。结合起重机固有振动特性,对有/无起重机的高桩码头动力响应进行对比分析,研究了地震作用下起重机对码头结构响应的影响。研究结果表明:起重机模态分析显示起重机的动力行为主要表现为腿部与门架结构以及前后大梁的摆动;起重机的存在改变了下部码头结构的内力分布和内力最大值出现的位置,这将改变码头结构的破坏模式;起重机对桩剪力和弯矩最大值的影响与地震时刻相关。研究成果对起重机-码头结构相互作用体系地震反应与抗震技术研究具有重要理论意义与应用价值,可为类似体系数值模拟提供借鉴与参考。

INFLUENCE OF CRANE ON DYNAMIC RESPONSE OF PILE-SUPPORTED WHARF DURING EARTHQUAKE

Abstract:At present, most of the researches on the response of a pile-supported wharf do not consider the crane structure or simplify a crane structure as a lumped mass. As such, there is lack of detailed modeling for the crane-wharf interaction. A three-dimensional finite element model of a crane-wharf system is created using an open-source OpenSees computational platform. The dynamic response of a pile-supported wharf with and without cranes are compared and analyzed, combining with the modal characteristics of the crane. The influence of a crane on the response of a wharf structure during earthquake is explored. The computed results show that: the dynamic behavior of the crane is mainly reflected in the swing of legs, of the frame structure and of the girder based on model analysis results; the crane changes the distribution of internal forces and the position of the maximum internal force for the wharf structure, which will change the failure mode of the wharf structure; the influence of the crane on the maximum shear force and bending moment on the pile depends on specific earthquake time instant. The computed results have a theoretical significance and application value for the study of seismic response and technology of the crane-wharf interaction system, and provide a reference for the numerical simulation of similar systems.
