锂离子电池正极材料锂铁磷酸盐的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了锂离子电池新型正极材料锂铁磷酸盐(LiFePO4)的结构和性能特点;阐述了用水热法、高温固相法和共沉淀法制备锂铁磷酸盐的操作方法,以及用扫描电子显微镜分析的结果;提出了锂铁磷酸盐容量衰减的主要机理和解决办法。认为,提高锂铁磷酸盐的电子导电性是目前抑制其容量损失的主要方法。

Abstract:The structure and the characteristic of new electrode material LiFeP O4 for lithium-ion battery were introduced in this paper. The three main method s of LiFePO4 preparation including hydrothermal process , high temperature solid state reaction and co-precipitation process as well as the analysis results of LiFePO4 with SEM were described. The mechanism of capacity loss of LiFePO4 and the countermeasure were outlined. It was believed that , at present, improving t he electronic conductivity of LiFePO4 was the main way to suppress the capacity loss of LiFePO4.
