摘    要:采用数字控制电动式多功能结晶器振动装置取代原来的机械式振动,使结晶器作相应的运动,非正弦振动系统可克服由于结晶器偏振共振对拉速的限制,提高铸机拉速,大大降低由振动装置引起的漏钢事故,同时还可提高铸坯的表面质量.

Abstract:A digital multi - function mold with non - sinusoidal oscillation system was used to replace the classic mechanical oscillation device. It can overcome the limitation of mold resonance and polarization to casting speed and enhance the caster productivity. It can also decrease the ratio of caster break out. Surface quality of billets can be also improved
