摘    要:介绍了中薄板坯连铸机高速连铸低锰硅包晶钢时出现的结晶器液面波动过大问题,并从生产实际和理论两个方面分析了产生波动的原因.通过一系列改进措施的实施,取得了明显的效果.

Abstract:Casting practice of low Mn/Si raio peritectic steel with higher speed in a medium thick slab caster is introduced. The key issue in the operation during casting was the large fluctuation of the meniscus level in the mold. Causes of the problem were analyzed from theoretical and practical aspects. Countermeasures were put forward to solve the problem and good results were obtained.
