天然气加热炉管腐蚀剩余强度评价及剩余寿命预测

摘    要:利用一次检测数据得到的炉管腐蚀速率,基于ASME-B31G准则的极限承压方程,建立了求解腐蚀缺陷的极限尺寸模型;根据ASME-B31G准则及建立的腐蚀缺陷的极限尺寸求解模型,评价了含缺陷炉管的剩余强度,计算了炉管的最大允许腐蚀深度,并在此基础上预测了炉管的剩余寿命。综合评价结果显示,加热炉管可在现行条件下安全运行,且寿命可达12年。
