摘    要:结合海水泵的实际运行工况,介绍三元流技术的概念及基本原理,包括三元流动理论的产生,三元流方程表达式及解法等。设计海水泵叶轮三元流,分析海水泵叶轮材质的选择对改造前后的参数进行对比,节电量显著。

Abstract:This paper introduces the concept and the basic principle of the 3-D flow technique, including the production of the 3-D flow theory, the equation expression and the solution of the 3-D flow equation, based on the actual operating condition of the water pump.The water pump impeller is designed, the impeller of the water pump is analyzed, and the selection of the impeller material of the sea pump is compared to the parameters before and after the transformation.The saving power is significant.
