摘    要:油水分离旋流器设计过程中,为了快速确定旋流器的最终结构型式和尺寸,可以通过建立旋流器结构优化设计模型库来实现。运用计算流体动力学基本理论与计算机技术相结合的方法,代替物理模型实验,针对国内各油田油井产出液的物性和工作条件差异而形成的各种组合,进行分析和优化计算,从而得到满足该种组合的优化设计模型。以此建立的油水分离旋流器模型库可减轻设计人员在设计和实验中的重复性劳动,加快设计速度,提高技术水平,是旋流器结构优化设计的新思路。

Abstract:During the design of an oil-water separating cyclone, a model database can be established for optimizing the design of structure of the cyclone for expediting the determination of its final structure and size. A method for integrating the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics with computer technology is used to replace the physical model experiment. In consideration of various structural combinations, taking account of the differences of physical properties and workingconditions of produced fluids in domestic oilfield, models satisfied with optimized design of the combinations are obtained by analyzing and optimizing calculation. Thus a mode database is established for oil-water separating cyclone, by which repeated working can be reduced for its designers.
