摘    要:采用固相反应法制备了Ba2Co1.2-xZnxCu0.8Fe12O22 Y型六角铁氧体,研究了材料配方、制备工艺(球磨时间、缺铁量、升温速度、保温时间等)等对六角铁氧体显微结构和磁性能的影响.结果表明,球磨时间、保温时间以及配方的Zn含量对Y型铁氧体的起始磁导率有显著影响,同时氧化铁的用量和烧结过程的升温速度也对材料的起始磁导率和品质因数影响显著.通过工艺参数的优化,获得了在甚高频段应用的具有较高磁导率的低烧Y型铁氧体材料.

Abstract:Ba2Co1.2-xZnxCu0.8Fe12O22 Y-type hexagonal ferrites were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The effects of composition, preparation (milling time, iron deficiency, heating rate and time) on the microstructure and magnetic properties of hexaferrits were investigated. The results indicate that the milling time, the heating time as well as the Zn content have remarkable influences on the initial permeability of the material, simultaneously the iron deficiency and the heating rate also have remarkable influences on the initial permeability and the quality factor of the material. By optimization of process parameters, low temperature sintered ferrite with higher initial permeability was obtained.
