ABS/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备、结构及性能

摘    要:将SAN/蒙脱土纳米复合材料与ABS高胶粉熔融共混得到ABS/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。对纳米复合材料的机械性能进行了表征.结果发现蒙脱土的加入一定程度上提高了ABS的杨氏模量和弯曲模量,但冲击强度有明显的降低。采用XRD、TEM和SEM对纳米复合材料的结构进行表征,结果表明在共混过程中,蒙脱土片层的物理特性导致其基本分布在橡胶粒子的表面.甚至造成粒子的变形和破裂;ABS/蒙脱土纳米复合材料在冲击过程中,蒙脱土片层的分散状态导致橡胶粒子不能发生塑性变形,冲击断面呈多孔形态。

Abstract:ABS/montmorillonite (MMT) nano-meter composite was prepared by melt compounding SAN/montmorillonite nano-meter composite with ABS with high rubber content.The mechanical properties of the nano-meter composite were characterized,which showed that the Young modulus and bending modulus of ABS were increased by the addition of montmorillonite,while the impact strength of ABS was dramatically decreased.The structure of the nano-meter composite was characterized by means of XRD,TEM and SEM.The results showed during the melt compounding with the ABS with high rubber content,almost all of the montmorillonite layers were dispersed over the surface of the rubber particles due to the physical property of the MMT layers,which caused the deformation and fracture of the rubber particles.The plastic deformation of rubber particles could not occur when the ABS/montmorillonite nano-meter composite was impacted due to the dispersion state of the MMT layers.The fracture section of the nano-meter composites exhibited as porous network structure.
