二氧化钛的沉积-沉淀水热制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:以硫酸钛为原料,采用沉积-沉淀水热法制得了TiO2粉体光催化剂。以光催化降解活性艳红X-3B作为模型反应,考察了所制得的TiO2粉体的光催化性能。发现140℃沉积-沉淀水热反应20 h、600℃焙烧制得的TiO2粉体光催化活性明显高于Degussa P25 TiO2,并且该TiO2粉体光催化剂沉降性好,易分离。

Deposition-precipitation hydrothermal preparation of TiO2 and its photocatalytic performance
Abstract:TiO2 powder was prepared from Ti(SO4)2 as raw material by the method of deposition-precipitation hydrothermal.The photocatalytic degradation of reactive brilliant red X-3B in aqueous solution was used as a model reaction to investigate the photocatalytic performance of the as-prepared TiO2 powder.It was found that the TiO2 powder prepared by deposition-precipitation hydrothermal method at 140 ℃ for 20 h and calcined at 600 ℃ exhibited higher photocatalytic activity than P25 TiO2 for X-3B degradation,the as-prepared TiO2 powder was very easy to be separated from reaction mixture.
