| 摘 要： | 井底非圆齿轮马达是一种井底动力装置,类似于常用的涡轮钻具（马达）、螺杆钻具（马达）。它的主要作用是驱动钻头旋转,破碎岩石进行钻进,从而达到地质钻探中的取芯或者石油钻探中获得石油等资源的目的。文中首先介绍非圆齿轮马达的研究背景、历史与发展现状,然后介绍非圆齿轮马达的基本结构与原理,最后阐述将其应用于井底时所面临的技术问题和相关的解决方法。

| Abstract: | The downhole non-circular gear motor is a kind of downhole power device,it is similar with the typical turbine drilling（motor） or positive displacement-drilling（motor）. Its main function is to drive drilling bit rotating,crush the rock for drilling,so as to achieve the purpose of geological drilling in the core or oil drilling obtaining oil resources. This article firstly introduces the research background,history and developing situation of the non-circular gear motor,then introduces the basic structure and principles,lastly describes the technical problem when it＇s applied to the downhole and the related solutions of the problem. |
