摘    要:在使用结构光方法进行工件或物体的三维信息快速测量中,需要对工件或物体投射多条结构光条纹,快速准确地提取各投射光条的中心是实现精确检测的关键问题之一。文中提出了一种多结构光条纹亚像素中心提取方法,首先扫描整个图像确定光条数目;接着提取各光条的边缘坐标信息;最后利用高斯拟合求取各光线条纹的亚像素中心。实验表明,该方法能有效识别多结构光条纹并提取其亚像素中心。

Abstract:In order to measure the dimension of some objects, laser or projector is usually used to project muhi-structure light on the objects. Furthermore,CCD camera is also used to acquire the image of structure light. Then, fast and accurately extracting the center line of the light stripes in the image is one of the important problems. A sub-pixel center extracted method suit for multi structure lights is proposed. Firstly, the number of the structure lights in the image is searched by scanning along the certain direction. Secondly, the edge coordinate of the structure light is determined. Finally, the Gauss curve fitting method is utilized to calculate the sub-pixel center of light stripes. It has been proved that this method can efficiently extract the center line of the light stripes.
