| 摘 要： | 随着国内经济快速发展,水产类食品向深度加工方向发展,水产罐头产量大幅增长,制罐机械需求很大。文中概述了国内外制罐机械的发展现状,分析了国内制罐机械行业存在的问题并展望了国内制罐机械行业的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the depth of aquatic food processing,there is a great demand of canning machinery as the production of canned seafood has increased significantly. In this paper,the development status of canning machinery is summarized. The present problems of China＇s canning machinery are analyzed.In the final,the development trends of China＇s canning machinery are offered. |
