芳基-α-氯代-α-羰基肟的合成研究

摘    要:以芳基乙酮为原料,亚硝酸异戊酯做亚硝化试剂,通入氯化氢气体,合成了9个α-氯代-α-羰基肟类化合物。反应时间可由传统方法的56 h缩短至26 h缩短至23 h,目标产物收率由30%提高至80%。化合物结构经1H NMR和IR确认。

Abstract:Nine novel a-chloro-a-carbonyl oximes were synthesized starting from acetophenone, isoamyl nitrite and anhydrous hydrogen chloride. Comparing with conventional method, this route can reduce the reaction time from 5~6 hours to 2-3 hours, and increase the yield of the target products from 30% to 80%. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IH NMR and IR spectra. Key words: a-chloro-a-carbonyl oxime ; synthesis ; characterization ; isoxazoline
