金刚纂二萜类成分的研究

摘    要:利用正相与反相硅胶柱色谱法,从金刚纂(Euphorbia antiquorum)的70%丙酮提取物的乙酸乙酯部分共分离鉴定了6个化合物.经波谱分析分别鉴定为:13β—hydroxy-3,15-dioxoatis-16-ene(1),ent-16d,17-dihydroxykauran-3-one(2),ent-16α,17-dihvdroxvatisan-3-one(3),ent-3β(13S),17-dihydroxyatisan-16-en-14-one(4),6,7,8-trimethoxyl—coumarin(5)和β—sitosterol(6).化合物2为对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜,化合物1、3和4为阿替生烷型二萜,其中化合物1-4为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:By the means of chromatographic methods and spectroscopic evidences, 6 known compounds were iso- lated and identified from the EtOAc extract of E. antiquorum. Their structures were identified respectively as 13 β - hydroxy - 3, 15 - dioxoatis - 16 -ene ( 1 ), ent - 16α, 17 - dihydroxykauran - 3 - one ( 2 ), ent - 16α, 17 - dihydroxyatisan -3 - one(3), ent - 3β( 13S), 17 - dihydroxyatisan - 16 - en - 14 - one (4) ,6, 7, 8 - trimethoxyl - coumarin (5), and β - sitosterol (6). Compounds 1 - 4 were ent - kaurane or atisane diterpe- noids, which were isolated from this plant for the first time.
