抗高血压药丁酸氯维地平的合成研究

摘    要:以2,3-二氯苯甲醛和乙酰乙酸叔丁酯为原料,经Knoevenage反应、水解、缩合后与β-氨基巴豆酸甲酯环合得丁酸氯维地平。对反应物配比、催化剂、反应时间和温度等因素进行了研究,总收率达51.34%(以2,3-二氯苯甲醛计),其结构经IR、1H NMR和MS确证。

Abstract:Clevidipine butyrate was synthesized starting from 2,3-dichloro-benzaldehyde and 3-oxo-butyric acid tert-butyl ester in five steps in an overall yield of 51.34%. The affecting factors including the ratio of the raw materials,the catalyst,the reaction time and the temperature were investigated. The structure was confirmed by IR,1H NMR and MS spectra.
