乙氧基乙酰氯合成工艺研究

摘    要:以乙氧基乙酸为原料,氯化亚砜为酰化剂合成了纯度较高的乙氧基乙酰氯。并利用正交实验的方法对合成条件进行优化,获得优化工艺条件:n(氯化亚砜)∶n(乙氧基乙酸)=5∶1,催化剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺反应时间为16 h,收率达97.8%。

Abstract:A high purity of ethoxyacetyl chloride was synthesized from ethoxyacetyl acid and thionyl chloride. Optimal reaction conditions were obtained based on orthogonal experiments that the molar ratio of thionyl chloride to ethoxyacetyl acid was 5 to 1, the catalyst was DMF and the reaction time was 16 h.
