| 摘 要： | 为解决不宜受力装夹材料和异形件装夹难的问题,利用半导体材料的电热特性研制开发出一种电子冷冻装夹系统。通过对系统装夹力的实验研究与分析计算,给出了冷冻液与工件结合力、铣削装夹力的计算方法,测定出在不同温度下碳钢与冻结冷冻液的拉伸、剪切结合系数λ,μ值。在装夹过程中又通过实验,对冷冻温度、冷冻液高度和冷冻时间的关系进行了讨论,为实现高效装夹过程提供出更全面选择合理量值的依据,并对进一步提高系统性能的方案进行了讨论。
