退火工艺对热轧硅钢片板形影响因素的模式识别

摘    要:应用分类模式识别的偏最小二乘法分析了热轧硅钢片的生产数据,发现影响其板形的主要工艺因素是退火炉温度场的均匀化以及与此相关的硅钢片堆垛高度。采取措施后可使板形平整度显著改善。

Abstract:The relation between the flatness and annealing process of hot rolled silicon steel sheets has been studied using the PLS of classification pattern recognition method. The results show that the flatness depends on the temperature distribution in the annealing stove and the height of sheet stack. The flatness has been much improved by some measures accordingly.
