龙滩水电站大坝工程新型仓面喷雾机研制与应用

为尽力解决高温季节龙滩大坝碾压混凝土仓面温控问题,针对以往喷雾设备喷雾效果差,容易在混凝土表面形成积水等缺点,施工单位组织进行了一系列喷雾试验,根据试验结果进行分析计算,通过优选喷嘴、加配风机和高压泵,研制了一种新型喷雾机,并已成功投入施工生产,经济有效地解决了仓面高温季节的保湿、降温技术难题,为高温季节大规模碾压混凝土连续浇筑施工创造了有利条件,同时也为今后其他工程施工提供了有益的尝试和参考。

Development and Application of New Working-face Sprayer for the Dam Project of Longtan Hydropower Station

To try to solve the temperature's problem of the grind and press storehouse of the dragon pool big dam in the high-temperature season,against the previous spray equipment sprayed ineffective,easy to accumulate water at the TONG surface etc,the construction unit conducted a series of spray test,analyzed the test results,constructed the sprayer with optimized nozzles,the wind machine and high pressure pump,developed a new kind of spray fog machine.It has been successfully put into production,and finally resolve the long-standing technical problems,such as keeping the moisture and cooling in the hot season.It creates beneficial condition for the large-scale continuously sprinkle in the hot reason.It also provide a useful reference and try for the other works in the future.
