| Abstract: | PM 3 of Jiamusi Paper Mill is the largest and high speed paper machine in China.It has been running for more than 20 years.As a result,many gears of the dryers were damaged.The feature,degree and course of the damage are described and the reasons of the damage are analysed theoretically and practically.The corresponding efficient measures are adapted for the remedy of the damaged gears.Based on the understanding of the damage reasons,the gears can be prevented by adopting the efficient measures from damage. |
