| 摘 要： | 用陶瓷磨盘作定盘、金属磨盘作转盘装入Φ４００液压单盘磨机中，对甘蔗渣浆进行打浆试验，与两个磨盘都是金属磨盘时比较，打浆质量提高而动力消耗降低。这种组合磨盘比较适合于甘蔗渣浆打浆。

| Abstract: | Comparing with the conventional disc refiners which have both metal rotary and stationary discs, a combined metalceramic disc refiner equipped with a metal rotary disc and a ceramic stationary disc was more suilable for refining of begasse pulp according to the resultant advantages of higher refined pulp qualitiee and lower refining energy consumption in the experiment. |
