旧报纸的脱墨工艺

介绍广州造纸厂从奥地利引进旧报纸脱墨生产线的情况。该生产线采用浮选脱墨方法，日产脱墨浆７５吨，纳入纸机用浆配比的２５％，抄造胶印新闻纸，纸张质量达到国家标准，纸的匀度和印刷适性有所改善，并降低了产品能耗和节约木材资源，经济效益良好。

A New Deinking Line in Guangzhou Paper Mill

A new deinking line with floatation process which was supplied by an Austria company has been put into operation recently in Guangzhou Paper Mill. The deinked pulp of ONP and OMP imported from USA is being used for the furnish of offset newsprint in a ratio of about 25%.The quality of the offset newsprint containing the deinked fibers is acceptable according to the national standard,particularly the formation and printability of the paper have been improved greatly.Furthermore,benefit due to energy consumption reduction and round wood saving is also significant.
