麦草浆二次纤维回用性能的研究

本文研究麦草浆在反复回用过程中各项物理指标的变化规律。实验结果表明未打浆的漂白麦草浆抄纸具有较高的回用性能，经反复回用后裂断长、耐破度略有升高，撕裂度随回用次数增加不断上升；未打浆的未漂麦草浆抄纸板，随回用次数增加除撕裂度上升外，其它各项物理强度指标均下降。漂白麦草浆经打浆后回用一次，各项强度指标（除撕裂度外）均下降，且原浆打浆度越高下降越严重。

Recycle Potential of Wheat Straw Pulp

The recycle potential of wheat straw pulp was investigated in this paper.The experiment results showed that unbeaten bleached wheat straw pulp has higher recycle potential compared with the beaten pulp. Tensile and burst strength increased slightly as tear strength increased significantly when the pulp was recycled five times. On the other hand, all of strength properties except tear strength decreased after the pulp was beaten then recycled,the higher the beating degree , the greater the loss of strength. Contraryly,all of strength properties except tear of the paperboard made of unbeten unbleached wheat straw pulp which was recycled five times dropped apparently.
