树脂-金属复合结合剂金刚石微粉砂轮的电解调整原理和基础现象

摘    要:针对镜面程度的表面粗糙度和高形状精度要求的超精密镜面磨削加工。提出了采用电解调整后的树脂-金属复合结合剂金刚石微粉砂轮的方法。其原理是把金属粉末作为添加剂混入到树脂结合剂中。在修整砂轮后进行电解处理。使其表层的金属成分溶解。形成气孔。这样砂轮的内部是树脂-金属复合结合剂结构。表层是有气孔的树脂结合剂结构。论述了树脂-金属复合结合剂金刚石微粉砂轮的电解调整原理。进行了电解调整和磨削实验。讨论了试验过程中的基础现象。

Abstract:According to the ultra-precision mirror grinding for mirror level with surface roughness and high shape accuracy, proposes the method of using micro diamond powder wheel with resin-metal binder electrically adjusted. Its principle is adding the metal powder into the resin binder as addition, then electrolyzing after addressing the wheel, so that the metal content can be dissolved and the pinholes are formed. Thus the inner structure of the wheel is resin-metal combining binder, the surface is resin binder with pinholes. This paper discusses the adjustment principle of the micro diamond powder wheel with resin-metal binder, electrolyzing adjustment and grinding experiment have been conducted, then the basic appearance in the experiment is discussed.
