| 摘 要： | 标图系统以GIS作为底图支撑应用较为广泛,但GIS底层开发比较复杂,编程初学者不易上手.从图形应用系统的基本原理出发,以简单的图片处理代替复杂的图形应用,设计和实现了一个既有图形处理功能又有标绘功能的教学实践程序.
