摘    要:针对新疆某炼油厂废水处理系统存在的上游生产装置所排废水水质水量不符合要求、隔油系统隔油效果不佳、气浮系统结构不合理等问题,提出改进措施,主要有:增加油水分离装置;改造除油系统;完善气浮工序;培养和驯化降解菌,充分利用生化系统;加强废水处理工程和产出污泥系统管理。经过技术改造,废水处理系统的各项主要水质指标均达到了国家污水综合排放标准。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems existed in a waste water disposal system of a refinery in Xinjiang, which involved the quality and quantity of waste water discharged from an upstream production facility did not meet the requirement; oil isolated system worked inefficiently; and the structure of air floating system was irrational. Serious countermeasures were put forward, such as adding oil and gas separators, reforming deoiler, perfecting air floating process, culturing and taming decomposing bacteria to take full advantages of biochemical system, enhancing the management of the waste water disposal engineering and sludge produced system. Through these technical alterations, the main indexes of water quality of the waste water disposal system met the national comprehensive standards on waste water emmision.
