Abstract:With 300 years history, Highland Barley Liquor from Qinghai Province was popular in mass in a long time, especially after a rapid development in 1990's. However, it has nearly been placed in a forgotten corner. Why? At first, many enterprises are in trouble, for countless false Highland Barley Liquor on the market has destroyed its reputation. Besides, so many small factories exist and there are no famous brands, which is disadvantage in competition. It is also a challenge that increasing famous liquor companies make it in a worse position. It would be a tragedy if this characteristic Liquor died out.
