摘    要:以通化铁尾矿为主要原料,在研究热活化温度对铁尾矿矿物组成、微观结构影响的基础上,借助XRD、SEM等分析工具重点研究了热活化温度、热活化时间以及其他微量添加物对铁尾矿-高岭土体系的矿物组成、微观结构的影响,获得了铁尾矿高效利用的活性优化技术途径,为实现铁尾矿的无害化大宗利用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Iron ore tailing of Tonghua is used as principal raw material in this paper. On the basis of studying the effect of thermal activation temperature on mineral composition and microstructure of iron ore tailing, further more, by means of XRD, SEM, IR ete analysis technology, the effects of thermal activation temperature, activation time and other trace additives on the mineral composition and microstructure of iron ore tailing-kaolin system are studied. Thus, the process of improving iron ore tailings activation has been obtained. This study has laid the foundation for the innocuous and massive utilization of iron ore railings.
