摘    要:丰满发电厂是我国最早建设的大型水电厂50a来该厂在机电设备的检修工作中,坚持走革新,改造,挖潜之路,取得了卓有成效的业绩,90年代以来,该厂进入现代化改造的新阶段,在提高设备运行性能和可靠性,计算机监控等方面,取得了更大的成绩,使全厂装机容量达到1002.5MW,进入百万千瓦级大厂行列。

Abstract:No 5 generating unit of Liujiaxia Hydro Station is a twin internal water cooling hydrogenerator unit made in China, with a capacity of 300 MW It is the first and also unique twin internal water cooling hydrogenerator unit in China It was put into operation in 1973 Through the operation for about 20 years, many problems such as ageing of components have been found, which has seriously threatened the safe operation of the hydropower station at present so that it is urgently to conduct the technical transformation In the transformation design, it is proposed that the power generator could be transformed from twin internal water cooling type into fully air cooling type and the new hydro generator type should be used to increase its energy yield and the stability of operation But its embedded parts are basically unchanged (the nominal power output of the generating unit will be increased from 260 MW to 320 MW) The new generating unit will be imported from other countries Meanwhile, the main transformer will be replaced because of its shortage of capacity Through the transformation, such serious ageing generating unit will be transformed into a new one with the highly automation and the stability of operation It not only could increase the energy yield but also could increase the peaking capacity for the Northeast Power Network Such technical transformation will be started in October of 1999 and completed in August of 2000
