高频感应加热设备输出功率的调节

摘    要:高频感应加热设备在热处理淬火应用中,一台设备很难既能适应不同零件加热又能工作在临界工作状态,本文就是针对这一情况经过大量反复试验,分析讨论了利用改变槽路线圈出线的位置改变输出功率的大小,探讨了设备始经科处在最佳工作状态的方法。

Abstract:In quench process of heat treatment,high frequency induction heating equipment was widely used. It is difficult to quench different machine parts in a high frequency induction heating equipment at the same time keeping it running at critical performance state. To this problem, a novel method, which is by changing the outlet position of tank coil to adjust output power, was provided according to a large mount of experiments, so that the heating equipment can work at its optimal state.
