摘    要:某氧化铅锌矿石氧化率高达 92 %以上 ,采用硫化—黄药法浮铅、硫化—胺法浮锌的不脱泥浮选工艺 ,并采用D6调整剂 ,可获得铅精矿含铅 6 0 89%、含锌 5 84 %、铅回收率 92 72 % ;锌精矿含锌 36 4 %、含铅0 5 %、锌回收率 83 2 2 %的试验指标。生产实践结果表明工艺条件合理 ,指标稳定可靠

Abstract:The oxidation ratio of some lead zinc ore is 92%. Using sulphurization xanthate to float lead, sulphurization amine to float zinc, no desliming technology, and D 6 modifier can obtain this result: lead concentrate contains lead 60 80%, zinc 5 84%, and lead recovery rate is 92 72%, zinc concentrate contains zinc 36 4%, lead 0 5%, and zinc recovery rate is 83 22%. The production practice indicates that the technology conditions are suitable, and production indexes are stable and reliable.
