航空绞车刹车可靠性计算分析

摘    要:绞车是空中收放拖耙的核心设备,内部有一个高速旋转的卷筒用来缠绕缆绳,对卷筒可靠的刹车是绞车正常工作的基础.从拖耙系统的工作概况开始,介绍了传动、刹车部分的结构原理,运用力学知识,较详细计算分析了系统载荷,得到了可接受的结果,给出了具有使用价值的结论.

Abstract:The reeling-machine is the hard-core of streaming and rewinding the tow target during flight.There is a tail-wagging reel in it.The tail-wagging reel with high speed rotation is used to reel the cable.The brake reliability is basic for the work of the reeling-machine.The working principle of the driv-ing and brake parts is introduced after a brief introduction of mechanism of the tow target system.The load of the system is calculated and analyzed thoroughly with the mechanics method and the results have bee...
